ffsONE performs fitness for service evaluations based on the guidelines and assessment procedures contained in API-579/ASME FFS-1. It currently incorporates evaluation modules to assess: brittle fracture, general metal loss and local metal loss.
 

Based upon evaluation procedures widely accepted by the Industry, ffsONE effectivly supports quick and timely decision between plant operation allowance without repairing and replacement of the affected component.
 

ffsONE can be integrated in isiONE and, therefore, be allowed to share its data base. In such a case, minimal user inervention is needed to load components attributes for the assessment (materials, geometry, design conditions and inspection history).
